Roof plan with equipment locations
Roof as-built conditions and site-specific information are to be specified by the client. Providing incomplete or inaccurate information when requesting plans may result in additional charges.
Projects with complex battery configurations or unusual site electrical setups may incur additional drafting fees. Systems that include multiple PV module or inverter types may be subject to additional fees.
Rooftop PV plans assume that the requested installation location is on a permitted structure with sufficient structural capacity. If the contractor specifies components that fail to meet NEC, IBC, or AHJ requirements and corrections are issued, revision fees may be charged.
